A winner on dirt and turf, Holiday Blues earned $108,463 on the racetrack.  She is by Ghostzapper...the broodmare sire of Triple Crown winner JUSTIFY, 2016 Sprinter of the Year DREFONG, and multiple Grade I winner AMERICAN GAL.

Holiday Blues was pronounced in foal to Speightstown on one cover in March and is believed to be carrying a colt.  Speightstown's 2018 U.S. yearling average for colts is over $307,000.

Holiday Blues' brother by Speightstown, WINE POLICE, broke his maiden by 7 3/4 lengths at first asking at Saratoga while defeating two future Grade 2 winners.  Holiday Blues' in utero foal is a three-quarter brother to this Grade I stakes horse who earned over half a million dollars!

Recent Keeneland winner COPPER TOWN is bred on the same lines as Holiday Blues' in utero foal, being by Speightstown and out of a Ghostzapper mare.  COPPER TOWN is now 3-for-4 and pointing to the Cigar Mile (G1) on Dec. 1 at Aqueduct.  Watch his Oct. 13 victory at Keeneland here.
